Proposal for Food Service at Chongqing Technology and Business University for International Students
Introduction
We appreciate the opportunity to submit a proposal for food service at Chongqing Technology and Business University (CTBU) for international students. Our company has over ten years of experience in providing high-quality food services to educational institutions, including universities and colleges.
Scope of Work
Our proposed food service will cater to the dietary needs and cultural preferences of CTBU’s diverse international student body. We will provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week, serving up to 500 students daily.
Services Offered
Our menu options will be nutritious and culturally appropriate, offering vegetarian, vegan, halal options as well as other cultural meals from around the world. We prioritize maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen that meets health and safety standards. Our staff members are trained to provide friendly customer service to students and staff.
Pricing Options
We understand that affordability is crucial when catering to students’ needs. Our pricing structure is affordable without compromising quality or quantity. As part of our proposal, we offer flexible payment plans with various pricing options that suit different student budgets.
Proposal Submission Requirements
In addition to our experience providing food services to educational institutions, we have attached references from satisfied customers as proof of our dedication to excellent customer service. Our insurance coverage is comprehensive enough to cover any damages or incidents that may occur during the provision of our services.
Evaluation Criteria
We understand that proposals will be evaluated based on four criteria: experience in providing food services, proposed menu options and variety of offerings, pricing structure affordability for students; references provided;and insurance coverage offered.
Timeline
As stated in the RFP document by CTBU, our company aims to meet all deadlines set forth by the university board. The deadline for submission is June 30th, 2023. We expect notification regarding selection by July 31st, 2023 with the contract beginning on August 15th, 2023.
