The Human Resource Management System (HRMS) is a modern information system for managing human resources based on computer, network, and communication technologies. It consists of parts such as human resource planning, recruitment and staffing, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits management, labor relations management, and corporate culture construction. As a highly integrated information system, it uses computer network technology for unified data collection, storage, processing, and transmission to provide reliable HR analysis and decision-making tools for enterprises. It is an integrated whole where each part can complement each other to form a complete enterprise information system. In the current era of informationization, more and more companies realize the important role of HR management in enterprise management. Therefore, HRMS has become one of the most common management tools. Traditional HRMS was based on computer network technology and database technology while the modern HRMS is built upon a computer-based platform with database as its core technology while incorporating other advanced technologies including database management, email systems, call centers, CRM systems and Web Services. Among many enterprise information software applications especially in large companies both CRM and ERP systems have become indispensable modules within the HRMS playing increasingly important roles. This article explores issues related to HRMS aiming to find the best practices that improve organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction. First of all, this article introduces the concept and functionality of HRMS while analyzing its impact on organizational business processes. Secondly, this article discusses how to design and implement an effective HRMS which includes technical aspects as well as process improvements through training etc. Finally, this article verifies through case studies that a successful HRMS brings significant improvements in organizational performance and employee welfare. In conclusion: establishing an efficient,reliable,and convenient human resource management system has become an indispensable part of enterprise development in today’s increasingly competitive environment.
