摘要
网络隔空猥亵儿童行为是近年来出现的一种新型犯罪行为。本文通过对相关文献资料的搜集和分析，探讨了网络隔空猥亵儿童行为的定义、特点、分类及实例，并分析了影响因素和防治措施。研究结果表明，网络隔空猥亵儿童行为具有跨越时间和空间限制、匿名性较高、传播范围广泛、危害性极大等特点。其影响因素主要包括技术发展带来的便利、社会价值观念缺失、家庭教育缺失以及监管机制不完善等因素。针对这些问题，本文提出了加强家庭教育和网络素养教育、完善监管机制、增加技术防范措施等防治措施。希望本文能够对相关部门和社会公众关注网络隔空猥亵儿童行为提供参考。

Abstract
Network sexual harassment of children from a distance is a new type of crime that has emerged in recent years. Through the collection and analysis of relevant literature, this paper explores the definition, characteristics, classification and examples of network sexual harassment of children from a distance, as well as analyzes the influencing factors and prevention measures. The research results show that network sexual harassment of children from a distance has the characteristics of crossing time and space limitations, high anonymity, wide dissemination range, and great harm. The main influencing factors include the convenience brought by technological development, lack of social values, lack of family education, and imperfect supervision mechanisms. To address these issues, this paper proposes preventive measures such as strengthening family education and network literacy education, improving supervision mechanisms, and increasing technical prevention measures. It is hoped that this paper will provide reference for relevant departments and the public to pay attention to network sexual harassment of children from a distance.
