Improved:
The presented RT-PCR data displays the relative expression levels of BRC1-1 and BRC1-2 transcripts in the apices of wild-type plants grown under short photoperiod (SP) conditions for varying durations, as indicated. The obtained values have been normalized to the reference gene UBQ and represent the average of three independent biological replicates. The error bars correspond to standard error of mean (SEM). The letters (a-e) above each bar signify significant differences (p < 0.001) observed at different time points during SP treatment. A one-way ANOVA was employed for statistical analysis. These findings contribute towards understanding the regulation of BRC1 genes in response to changes in photoperiodic conditions.
